Scheduled Items appearing despite having the option turned off in Game Options

      Windows 10, Intel i7-4790K 4.00 GHz CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12 GB, 16.0 GB RAM, 2x 4TB SSD.

    • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us):

After switching from my Zoi to a Zoi in another family and then back to my Zoi a Scheduled Item may appear in my Zoi’s schedule which my Zoi then tries to go to. These Scheduled Items are to go visit a location in the city.

This is despite having the option turned off in Game Options ( Options → Simulation → Auto Generate Player Family Schedules is off), and on the Schedule itself (Turn on all Schedule Items option is off).
