Steps to Reproduce:
My zois schedule is still broken after the v0.3.6 update. I played an additional 3 in game weeks and their work/school did not return to their schedule. This issue affects my teen and YA zois in my household. They only work/school 2 days a week now. The adult’s schedule is fine.
Also, this same zoi had 8 messages from friends that says they’re out their league and I respond with let’s meet up. I get the message that it’s added to the calendar but it’s not. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in Cahaya that it doesn’t work and the lot that the meet up is supposed to occur on, doesn’t exist so it never adds to schedule. This happens in all my households for this particular issue.
Please just add a way for us to always be able to select go to school or work, either by selecting it from their phone, mount, or transportation. We should not have to miss out on work/or school.

I encountered the same problem with my young adults. The commute to work disappeared without me doing anything. It would be desirable to have a permanent icon to go to work (not just when the appointment is scheduled in the calendar).

I’ve encountered this bug pretty often since April.
The only way I’ve found to “fix” it is to quit the job and reapply, the text does say you lose progress to next level which can be a pain for some slower progressing jobs.
From what I can gather, it is indeed caused by random events which cancels the work day (without penalties, ie: no missed days at work/school), except the cancelled work days never ever reappear in the schedule afterwards. Such as let’s meet / can I come over / and scheduled rendez-vous in other locations.
I hope they fix that one, it can get annoying.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Enabling Smart Zoi can cause duplicate schedule; as a temporary workaround please try the steps below.
(1) have the affected Zoi drop out of school/work and re-enroll to rebuild the schedule
(2) turn off Smart Zoi

- When Smart Zoi is enabled, existing schedules may be overwritten by schedules generated by the Smart Zoi.
This issue has been fixed in v0.4.0.
Please create a new thread if you’re still experiencing this issues after the update. Thanks!
