Zoi Marriage Issue

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us):

After moving to
Cayana (this could have been previously without me noticing) My zois
attraction were set to “none” and they both became single, although
newly weds. Also, Zois relationship status became “seeking no one.”
They cannot romantically interact with one another. They even get
denied by everyone based on their relationship/attraction issue. They
used to be attracted to the opposite gender and wanted relationships.
How can I fix this? They even have a child together.

I have the same problem after this new update. The relationship of my Zoi become single and cannot use romantic interaction.

Have checked different saves and both saves have the same error. I hope the developer can provide actionable solution or some bug fixing patch.

Came here to report the same thing, my Zoi are recognizing each other as relatives, not spouses, despite having recent memories of getting married. I don’t have any mods installed.

My couple has a similar issue, their gender and orientation were greyed out, so I fixed that in CAZ BUT they’re not married now! They’re related! I guess the game thinks they’re now cousins or something and won’t let them have romantic interactions. They’re single and the guy started flirting randoms. It’s too bad :((

Just click on your ZOI, Style Yourself (like you would do to modify hair or clothes) and on the left, near the name and gender, there’s an icon where you can choose their gender and attracted to settings. This at least will make them interested in romance again, but not with their spouse :confused:

Same problem here, my Zois got married, wanted to have a baby and noticed there are no romance options anymore between them, like they are brother and sister :smiling_face_with_tear:

Got the same issue….I’m glad I am not the only one! Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Same issue here, married zois with kid became single, changed their attraction at the mirror in appearance but still no romantic options are available.

I’m glad I was able to help but the issue isn’t 100% solved if their relationship changed from Wife and Husband to Relatives. Maybe I should open another bug for that?

that would be great! :slight_smile: otherwise it takes away all the progress and storylines so far ingame. Even the daugther is now just a “relative” :smiling_face_with_tear:

I have a similar problem. Just a tad bit different. My couple got married, moved to a new place and now every interaction gets denied. Like literally any interaction. They are still married and attracted but deny any interaction. So I tried moving which didn’t solve anything at all. So I tried a different family in a complete different city: Same problem. So I guess, there is nothing more left to do then wait for now.
