The game freezes when it loses focus

    This happens in windowed, borderless full-screen, and full-screen modes. When the game loses focus by pressing Alt+Tab or the Windows key, the game freezes.

    In full-screen mode, only a black screen is displayed when focus is lost. In windowed mode, the game freezes on the currently displayed screen.

Can you try this ?

Modifying the GameUserSettings.ini file using this path: <…>\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Config\Windows\

Modify the parameter: bSkipIntroVideo=False by replacing False with True
