Game Crashes When Traveling to Another City

When I try to travel to another city in the game, the application crashes every time. This issue makes it impossible to continue playing normally.

Could you please share your detailed hardware specs along with a list of the mods you have installed so we can better investigate this issue?

Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 ( 1.435.374.0)

I have already deleted all the mods I downloaded, but now the game has turned into a state where nothing has any interaction. For example, I cannot click to eat food, walk, or cook.

Could you also check if the mods in the following path have been deleted?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\inZOI\BlueClient\Content\Paks\~mods

※ Please note: the folder name at the end may vary (e.g., ~mods, mod, or mods).

  • Error Message (optional): None. There is no crash log.

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): When I try to move my family to Cahaya to play the DLC (via computer), I get through the small cutscene with an airplane before it freezes on the loading screen. I’ve tried a handful of times now with the same result. I have to hard close it through task manager.

Hello, can you try this ?

Modifying the GameUserSettings.ini file using this path: <…>\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Config\Windows\ Modify the parameter: bSkipIntroVideo=False by replacing False with True

Good evening, I hadn’t opened my game since the summer holidays, and while it was working very well, my game also crashes as soon as I try to change cities. I have the same configuration as the person who opened this topic.
