A DLC Focused on Luxury

2nd this… I would also love ballet or dance/modelling careers. Plus acting, of course!

Another idea I would like to add would be an improvement to the domestic staff system. We sort of have domestic staff and babysitters but they’re not that great. I remember hiring a cleaner for a Zois house and then just played on the computer and wouldn’t leave.

Adding more varried staff to work around your house would be nice as well. For example you can have maids, butlers, private chefs, valets, gardeners, nannies and etc would be wonderful . It would be nice for household staff to wear distinct uniforms. Plus, having a distinction between home childcare services babysitters for short term childcare, nannies for the entire day, and an au pair that actually lives in your home. Even for older children, hiring a private tutor should be an option.

Yes!! I mentioned this in a similar post but I would like to hire household help who have a schedule (maybe they come every day, or twice a week, just depends)!! Would love to experience that to aid the luxury vibe

Yes please! Private yachts and helicopters! Let us live the life of luxury!

More Old Money inspired clothing and furniture would be amazing as well.

They could also add a butler NPC that lives at your house and cleans the house, cooks food, and other things.

Luxury sports cars as well.

You should be able to customize the inside of the yacht. It could work like apartments, where the yacht is a shell and there are rooms inside the yacht you can edit.

I love this addition very much!! Especially more luxury vehicles, old money outfits (it would be especially cool to see a system similar to Great Gatsby where there is an old money style part of the city, and a new money part of the city that is more modern luxury.)

New money vs old money would be good DLC lore. In the family bios it could mention family rivalry’s and rich people drama. It would be awesome someday that premade Zios would already have inter household relationships.

As mentioned in a previous post, the fashion would be very thematic. Imagine seeing a Zoi walking down the street and you know they are old money by what they’re wearing. There can be a conversation option to brag about your family’s money and say, “Do you KNOW who my father is?!”

Then there’s the new money who will dress more bolder yet casual and unconventional. Most likely they got their money from crypto or social media.

Accessories are also important. It would be nice to add a section for gloves. Also, if would be cool for the option for Zois to be able wear jackets off their shoulders like capes.

New hairstyles would be needed as well. We can’t forget the prepay boy and old money style bob cuts.

Also children’s fashion is important as well. There has been a few items added with the Cahaya DLC but it’s still not enough. The kids would look so adorable in rich people clothes!

To add to this, yacht or cruise parties would be very cool to see in InZoi!

If any of this has been mentioned before I’m sorry!

One thing I always feel like simulations should do is take me on an emotional ride, a lot of times creating my own storytelling is fun, but sometimes I just want to see where the game itself takes me and the game should take me on my own rollercoaster ride.

Anyway, I think that this DLC would be a good way to reflect that.

  • Creative Careers & Fame Paths
Zois could become famous by acting in movies, writing books, streaming, modeling, singing, or creating viral content. When writing books, a pop-up could let you pick the title, genre (memoir, horror, romance, self-help, etc.), and you’d get reviews and royalties over time. Movies could work similarly — choose between genres like comedy, drama, horror, or action, and the results could affect your reputation. Famous zois can also produce movies and books after they are famous, too.

  • Exclusive Events & Perks
Higher levels of fame could unlock galas, red carpet premieres, after-parties, private clubs, exclusive events, and VIP-only spaces. Invitations to award shows and talk shows (with randomized interview questions / popups that could affect your public image). Just like in the real world there are different classes or levels to fame, and you will be invited to certain spaces depending on yours. You can also have appearances on magazine covers, advertisements, or billboards depending on your level of fame.

  • Fans & Public Reactions
Fans could spot you on the street and ask for autographs or selfies. You could even stalkers or obsessed fans (adding both drama and safety concerns). The public reacts to everything you do, and sometimes when you do negative or positive interactions, those moments could end up on gossip sites or social media, impacting your reputation. For example, yelling at a fan, cheating, a leaked scandal, or a badly received performance could cost you followers, brand deals, and reputation for years. If your zoi ever wants to get their fame back, you could release an apology, charity work, or a big career move, and the public may respond positively or negatively.

  • Celebrity Drama
Rivalries and feuds with other celebrities could develop naturally — you could throw shade at each other on social media or refuse to work together at events. Drama can also arise from your zoi engaging in shady business or under the table deals, like paying someone to make sure a famous actor doesn’t get featured in an upcoming deal, or even crime, like paying to take another celebrity off the map entirely :eyes:

  • Zoi Social Media
A full social media platform where Zois post updates, photos, or videos, and NPCs respond with likes, comments, or even hate (even if you’re not famous.) Your Zoi’s posts could go viral or flop, and the tone of your content could shape your image. NPCs could also post — letting you see what’s going on online, or in your area. Fame could even start here — you might go viral once and it could go up from there!

  • Consequences & Depth
Fame isn’t just positives — you could burn out, struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, get stalked, deal with paparazzi, or lose relationships because of your lifestyle. Too much fame could cause jealousy within your family, fake friends trying to use you, or even your partner resenting your spotlight. Positive fame comes with perks too — free gifts, brand sponsorships, passionate fans, and the ability to inspire others.

Imagine being an huge celebrity, going viral almost daily, only to later lose millions of fans overnight after a scandal and then trying to climb your way back up to where you were. Fame, like the rest of InZoi, should feel like its own dramatic story arc, full of highs, lows, and surprises. Let me know what y’all think!

This just gave me another idea, if they add an attraction system later, we could have hypergamous zois that are attracted to zois with wealth

This gives me an idea. There also needs to be some devious benefits to being rich or having parents being rich. There is currently a bribe interaction if you have a high enough business relationship with a Zoi. Unfortunately, it’s just an animation and doesn’t take money out of your account.

A wealthy Zoi should be able to try to bribe the police after committing certain crimes such as assault or theft. Police corruption could be a sliding scale on the city manager. The more corrupt the city would result in cops more likely accepting bribes and police harassing random poorer citizens.

Another thing is getting away with running people over. Currently if you kill someone with your vehicle you automatically get sent to prison. What if there was a pop-up asking if you want to hire a lawyer. If you can afford it, you can hire an expensive lawyer with a higher chance of not going to jail. Even if you don’t wind up in jail there should be negative consequences such as loosing friends and reputation. This would be similar to the mobile life sim game BitLife.

I love the DRAMA of it, all of it :star_struck:

***And by adding sliding scale in city manager, players can adjust it to their liking - awesome. :psycat_blush:

Absolutely, and since it’s inzoi, we may as well go all out and have the ability to have large parties on super yachts like Monaco grand prix:

Oh my goodness, your emojis made me think of something. Over in CAZ your Zoi can only have a watch from craft section. With a DLC focused on luxury there should be some default watches.

Some more expensive looking jewelry would be nice as well. Accessories can really show off wealth.

I believe children should be able to wear jewelry as well.

A private movie theater room at your home would be amazing. With cinema seats and a large movie projector screen.

There could also be a robot butler NPC.

A modeling career? I’m all for it. In TS4, we have the beginnings of careers like photography, fashion design, etc., but without a fully active modeling career. There, we have fashion. Here, a fully active and officially established career would be necessary. The same goes for acting. For me, those two careers and I’m happy  And then there’s the singer and performing concerts. Not an idol career active only in one city, but something like a rock/pop star like J.Lo, Rihanna, or Lady Gaga. For me, that’s a priority.
