Someone else already mentioned the custom content filtering so here I will concentrate on the inclusion of lot sizes in the property preset filter. Its not easy to tell which property preset can fit on which lot since the lot size is not included in the thumbnail and we can’t currently filter by lot size. The ability to filter based on lot size is extremely useful.

Completely agree to filter properties by size and price in construction mode as well as in the CANVAS.

yes! On Canvas as well would be so helpful. Right now, for me at least, unless the creator specifies where they built on (and most don’t), when I download the property preset its a lot of checking trying to find which lot size matches their lot dimensions. it would definitely help more if the build mode filter allowed us to filter presets per lot size so we see only lots smaller or the same as the lot we are building on.

And also save those settings in your game.
So next time you re-open buildmode, it will keep the same filters.
That should cleanup the list tremendously, and speeds up loading times.

Absolutely agree! Devs added filters on Canvas (Thank you very much! This was absolutely necessary!), but in game it still very complicated to find a suitable lot. We need the same filters in Build mode. And it would be nice if we could tag downloaded buildings ourselves (for personal use) or place them in separate folders
