I had the same kind of dirt that you see in the screenshot after a fire and it went away on its own, but it took a while.
I had a similar case, for me reloading the game helped.
This is happening in my game too and to other players (there is another post about it → here)
A while ago, it was reported as fixed but since it’s still happening, it’s on the known issues list again.
I hope this gets fixed soon
