I really wish we didn’t have to make a Zoi visit each and every public property to give them remodels. There needs to be an edit button on the property’s description that takes us directly to Build Mode. I would also like this for residential lots, but I believe public properties need it most.

This is indeed a very needed feature. Having to take a Zoi there is time consuming, and I believe a lot of us like to build all the houses and public properties the way we like them to have our world “ready” before making families and moving them in.
A simple button to take you to mode from the property description as you suggested would be sufficient!

It would certainly be useful to access build mode directly from the city map, but I recently discovered you don’t actually have to visit a property in order to edit it. While playing with your Zoi you can zoom out, scroll over to the public property, zoom back in and press the ‘edit’ button once it’s in view.

I think this is important for residential too! It is very expensive currently to remodel a house, as you have to buy the property first, and then buy the preset on top, meaning the house has to be paid for twice!

It can still be difficult to locate though, especially if your Zois live far away from that property.
