Details: When styling your Zoi, changing hair style causes the hair colour to also change, reverting the colour to the default hair colour for that selected style. When changing hairstyles, I would imagine it should retain your selected hair colour from the previous style. Instead, I have to re-set my desired hair colour every time I change my Zoi’s hairstyle.
I have the same issue. Maybe it’s not a bug, it’s just how the game is, but it would be nice if the selected hair color were preserved when changing the hairstyle.
I’ve moved this thread to the Wishlist category, because this isn’t a bug but works as intended by the developers, so this suggestion fits better in here
So you say the developers intended you to not be able to set the hair colour back to where it was when you don’t like the hairstyle they are wearing? That’s kind of odd isn’t it?
That’s not good since it’s difficult to get the hair colour you design correct since IN Game the hair colour doesn’t look like it does in CAZ in CAZ the hair looks perfect however when taken into game it looks whited out and blacks look grey and blondes looks white where in CAZ it’s a nice solid black or dark blonde.
The hair colouring itself is severely bugged and this is just another example of the hair not working correctly. But, you must have an insight to what the devs mean to do so I guess it’s just bugged on purpose and don’t need to be mentioned is this what I am understanding?

Moving a thread from one category to another is not meant to be offensive in any way. It’s simply meant to organize this forum, so any kind of feedback and issues can get to the team easier. By the way, moving a thread does not represent how urgent I, as a frequent player, think this issue should be dealt with, just to clarify that. I understand that this mechanic could use some improvement in the future.
If you want to keep your Zoi’s hair color while testing different hairstyles, you have to use the small square icon with the “+” in its center on the right hand side of the color wheel to save the current color. This way you can always re-apply it to a newly chosen hairstyle and lose little to no progress. I hope this helps.
I didn’t wish to offend you I am just trying to understand why the developers would Intend to make you fuss with making a hair colour for hours and then in game it looks nothing like it does in the Zoi creation screen… but yes I will check out this mysterious square + you mention .. maybe i just missed that there was even some sort of button there is no real instruction manual right? Anyways good day!
