Simple suggestions :
When entering the work schedule block, use formal clothing (unless work has uniform requirements), and keep it on until they get back home .
When entering the school schedule block, use school clothing, and keep it on until they get back home.
Right now I have to manually switch them at the beginning of the day, and sometimes they keep changing out of it, heh. Maybe add an option in the menu for School/Work clothes auto-change as some players hate the fact their character change clothes autonomously. It is not my case, but we need to respect those that DO have an issue with it.
