My Zoi won’t stop walking automatically!

  • Details: My Zoi won’t stop walking automatically, which is preventing him from performing any type of activity. I’ve restarted the game several times, today, but the bug keeps coming back.

Have you tried removing any mods (if you use them)?

Or try to play another household to see if it happens there too (and to kind of maybe ‘reset’ your Zoi).

You could also try to verify you game files via steam, delete the cache or reinstall (if nothing else helps).

  • Steps to Reproduce:

First I tried to upload my save file, but you said it was too big, even though I compressed it into a zip. But I doubt it would have helped anyway. I have no photos of it either, since no error message came up, and the screenshot wouldn’t have showed you what was happening. The reason being that my problem is selected ZOIs will just start walking, all of a sudden, and I can’t even get them to do anything else, every time I try to que up an action, it just disappears. If I select another ZOI, the one that was glitching, stops moving then, but then just stands where they are, and if I select them again, they go right back to endlessly walking.

I tried quitting the game, to see if that would fix it, since with The Sims games, if I quit a the game because a Sim was stuck in someway, when I came back it would be fixed, but apparently that doesn’t work with InZOI, because of course it didn’t work. Nothing I did worked, I finally had to quit and see if I could find help fixing it, otherwise the stuck ZOI would have died of starvation or lack of sleep.

This hadn’t happened the last time I played, but that was in August, so whatever this is came in one of the updates since August, I guess. I never use Mods, not even sure where to get them.

I haven’t had no graphic problems or crashing, just that bug.
