Steps to Reproduce: hire a farm help

I hired the farm help from the pocketmart hired service tab. He came, tended to only 1 weed then spent the rest of his time brushing his teeth, checking out himself, trying to paint on my easel and chat with my zoi. I paid 400 mews for a farm hand and he did nothing to help my farm!
