Bliss Bay Clover Park has no mine spawns. Compared to Dowon and Cahaya parks which have a ton, I’ve only ever found two in Clover park and one is a regular mine spot (called mining spot) and the other is silver mining spot.
Where are the mine spots in Bliss Bay? I rarely play in Bliss Bay and this just makes me want to play with this world even less.
I found a lot of mining spots around the School in Bliss Bay. Not on the school property itself, but next to the sidewalk around the school, in the bushes, etc.

There are also paper bags in Bliss Bay that have money in them. You can find them by the benches if you walk around the city
And if you report those bags as lost your Zoi will get a little Karma boost. I believe taking the money lowers your Zoi’s karma but I haven’t actually tried it yet.
I had one zoi who walked the city collecting the money, she made 1000s. The next zoi took one bag and ended up in prison
