Build Cheats

  • All Objects Free
  • Change Lot Zoning / Type: Changes the lot type. For example, from “Multipurpose” to “Cafe”.
  • Enable Dev Build Mode: Allows the player to buy any object, including typically non-buyable objects such as the prison beds.
  • Unlock All Objects: Removes skill requirements for Buy/Build objects.

CAZ Cheats

  • Unlock All Clothes / Accessories: Allows the player to dress their Zoi in any accessory or piece of clothing, including job uniforms.

Gameplay Cheats

  • Pay off All Loans
  • Release from Prison
  • Set Karma
  • Set Trait: Changes trait. Alternatively, allow the player to change the Zoi’s trait in CustomZoi.
  • Set Value: Sets level for a specific Value.

Maintenance

  • Refurbish All Objects
  • Repair All Objects
  • Set House Cleanliness Level

Ambitions

  • Complete Goal
  • Complete Ambition
  • Complete All Ambitions

Careers and School

  • Hire / Fire: Hires or fires Zoi. Ideally, the player could even giver a player Zoi an “NPC” job, with a warning that it can cause unpredictable behaviour.
  • Promote / Demote: Promotes the Zoi, or if the Zoi is in school, increases / decreases the achievement level.
  • Set Level: Sets career progress level.

Misc Cheats

  • Free Real Estate

Aging Cheats

  • AgeUP : Moves currently selected Zoi at the beginning of the NEXT age group.
  • AgeDOWN : Moves currently selected Zoi at the beginning of the PREVIOUS next age group.
  • SetAge XXX : Repace the X by a number between 1 and 100 (or more later if zois live longer) - Set their age to X and assign appropriate age group.

Awesome suggestions for cheats, we definitely need more!

The ‘Enable Dev Build Mode’ Cheat was actually one of the things I’ve asked the Developers directly for at the Meetup.
There are so mony great objects hidden. The cats and dogs, the toilet shrubbery, the carton beds(!). . . So paws crossed :psycat_paw:

I really hope that they will make it possible to refurbish and repair all objects. I am so tired of constantly having to switch everything out, and sometimes it’s so much work if you have made a built in sort of thing.

Another one you could add in the Build Cheats is something like the moveObjects on cheat from The Sims. I know we have the alt button and it works — unless you’re trying to add a wall item to say a fence or a post. Then we need something like moveObjects. As well as a up/down key. I’d love to see the tools you can use for the 3D maker objects implemented on all or most objects. Particularly the ones that let you move stuff in all directions. I’d also love some more free movement on counters.

And another build cheat would be to be able to build walls and floors on lots that won’t let you, like the Muscle Beach Gym. As well as getting rid of objects on lots that are not removable, like the fence on Muscle Beach Gym. I went to build an actual gym there, and found out that’s not possible. Couldn’t even edit the bathrooms the way I wanted.
