I was just looking at my property… Red highlight is the current lot size.
Not too shabby in itself and already quite large by Bliss Bay/Dowon regards.
The green part is unused. There are no families there, and the space is wasted and unused.
Now I was thinking… Could either a mechanic be programmed to allow me to buy the green part ?
First it would open the sea view and I’ll be honest I would move my farmhouse closer to the water side.
The extra room would be for more farm, and I’d probably remove (or at least renovate) the sheds on the eastern part of it.
I wouldn’t mind having to spend money to open-up this adjacent green part, even in multiple purchases.
Think of it as opening more room to build in Cities Skylines, but in inzoi with pre-programmed sizes.
It would be one hell of a property, and for a multi-generation family that keeps making money?
A very interesting prospect !
[ EDIT ] Oh and allow is to delete/move those gorgeous nice big trees as well. They kind of get in the way.
