More processing options for community lots

I would like to create my own community lots. It’s annoying that I can’t delete the existing lot and make it completely new.

In general, I would like to edit the city a little bit more.

One more big wish is a family lot (min 40x40) right on the beach.

i agree also i cant edit the lot’s type i mean when i build a new lot i also want to choose its type whether its a cafe or club or gym i cant edit it or i couldnt find how to edit or change it
