Hey, this has been reported many times! Most of the time is related to a dead zoi in your family or some other family just walking around. It’s just you cannot see them, because they a ghosts.
All topics similar to yours have been merged into this topic, yours will probably be merged too. Please take a moment to read that post because there are some solution that might or might not work for you, and also instruction to submit your files so that the people in charge can check the issue.
Just a note, but this is an early access game and its bound to have some issues. It’s understandable you are frustrated but you can express your frustration with an inch of politeness, since the people working in this game are well, people.

as @itsmechiie7 so kindly explained, there have already been many reports related to transparent Zois in the Bug Reports category, so I’ve merged your post into that thread. And as @itsmechiie7 also mentioned, sending us save files would be a big help. We always welcome reports, and we truly appreciate everyone’s help.

You can get them out of the bed by moving it. It moves them out of the house. If you move house, they don’t come with you. It’s a bit extreme, but it is the easiest workaround I’ve found, as locking the door does nothing.
