In Response to Loading Screen Debate: Making Optimization Changes Optional for Players

I’ve seen a lot of back and forth about the no loading screens (which I side with) but I feel and would like to propose the dev team make this an optional setting we as players can turn on ourselves within the settings menu. So everyone has their own peace of mind and gameplay that performs to their liking, instead of overhauling everything for everyone. So for those who want to manually load all buildings until they get closer to it can and for those of us who want things to remain as they are get this option as well.

I don’t know if these options are able to be implemented as an on/off switch but these are just suggestions

The settings would be as followed to turn on/off:
Manually load public lots and neighborhood homes (with loading screens)
Load NPCs within character active areas

Load All world objects within character active areas
Pause world background characters and NPCs while in buildings

Just an fyi to as to what no loading screens would mean:

Absolutely no loading screens. The game would remain as is with no new open lots added and any future buildings added would strictly be rabbit holes since this is as much as the game is able to handle and the streets/lots would more or less remain empty as is.

pros:

-no loading screens

cons:

-no interactive schools or hospitals

-no extra lots

-no extra houses

-no apartments

-the “empty town feeling” would remain

-all future lots will be rabbitholes

-some existing lots might be converted to rabbit holes as more stuff get added
