I wonder: does the tag system not work or just the count for the badge (?)
No one ever got this badge and when I reported the cheater from the cahaya forum event, I never got an answer and the mods only looked into it when I made a post.
Usually we see how often a badge got granted

After checking, we’ve confirmed that the First Flag not being assigned is indeed a bug, so I’ve moved your post to the Bug Reports.
We’re actively investigating the issue, and once it’s resolved, we’ll share an update here in this thread.

The issue related to the First Flag badge has been fixed!
You can now see that the badge was granted to you on September 16, the day you made your first flag.
