If I can’t find the Zoi causing the error and I’m playing a different family, there’s a good chance that the zoi will die.

Hi @moonminje, thanks for sharing your experience.
From the video clip you posted, I can see that your Zoi seems to be talking to an invisible Zoi, and that your Zoi is supposed to be cleaning but isn’t. Can you elaborate on what you meant by ‘there’s a good chance that the Zoi will die’?

Also, we have an existing thread regarding invisible Zois, and we are gathering save files to look into this matter. If you have a save file, could you please share them with us?

You can find instructions on how to locate save files here. Thanks in advance!

That zoi is not talking to anyone.

The reason for not cleaning is because there is an error in autonomous behavior, so not only cleaning but also no other actions are performed.

That zoi will stand in that state until it lacks all its needs and dies.

If I don’t find that zoi and I’m playing a different family, that zoi will definitely die.

This error can be resolved through the ‘emergency escape’ provided in the game, and since the situation has now been resolved, a save file does not seem to be necessary.

but if I do not make an emergency escape myself, the zoi that has encountered this error may die, so it seems to be a very serious error.

Additionally, the zoi with this error can move when played directly, but cannot interact with anything, and moves through walls as shown in the video.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Hmmm, it does seem to be a pretty critical issue.:psycat_sad:

You mentioned that save files doesn’t seem necessary, but I think it’d be good for us to double-check things on our end. So if you don’t mind, could you send over your save file if that’s okay?

Also, can you confirm if you are using any mods? If so, please try deleting the files in your mod folder and see if the same error still occurs. You can delete them under the following folder:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\inZOI\BlueClient\Content\Paks\~mods
※ Please note that the folder name at the end may vary (e.g., ~mods , mod , or mods ).

The bug occurred on 25.9.25.
Currently, I install and use several hairstyle mods, but when that bug occurred, I did not install any mods.
