I don’t know if it’s a bug or if I’m doing something wrong, but i only got the game yesterday, and I wanted to explore it at my own pace. So I decided to create a game to check out all the features. I wanted to activate the cheat codes to test a few things, but I can’t seem to activate them. I tried clicking on them, but the box doesn’t check and no page opens. Do you have any idea what I can do?
What is your current game version?
And do you have deleted all the files from the BlueClient mod folder and the mod folder under documents?
What you can also try is to verify your game files on steam.
Unfortunately mods can cause all kinds of severe issues. And also totally unrelated to the actual problem. Once I wanted to add an image on a cushion and it messed with my Zois hair color. It’s like opening Pandora’s Box
Mods can cause many different types of problems. Usually not this kind of problem, but sometimes if the mod is a script one (for example I know a weather mod that is outdated, I can’t recall which one now). CC is usually more harmless and only causes texture glitches. Check if you have any mods just in case, but I’m not sure that’s the problem.
Could you make a short video of you trying to enable mods? It might help us. If you don’t have a screen recorder, usually the screenshot program that comes with pcs usually has a “video” version that allows you to record albeit with lower quality.
Hi everyone, I saw in the comments that the issue was resolved and cheats are now working properly after reinstalling the game.
Since it’s been fixed, I’ll go ahead and close this topic — but if you run into anything else, please feel free to start a new one anytime.
