Hi there! I’m afraid it’s not a bug, it seems like the game is not supported for steam deck yet, even though it’s technically playable. Hopefully in the future!

As said on the Store Page, InZoi is not officially supported directly on Steam Deck.

Anyone who has managed to make it run has only been able to do so on the lowest game settings, and, even then, it runs poorly. This will probably worsen as development continues, unless they decide to support it down the line.

An alternative would be using GeForce Now, a subscription-based program that allows you to run the latest high-quality games from devices that normally don’t support them, through cloud-server gaming.

You would need at least the Performance subscription to run InZoi at medium graphics (has RTX 3060 capabilities, at the moment). The price isn’t cheap, but it’s cheaper than a gaming PC or other system.

If you put GeForce Now on a PC or Steam Deck, you should be able to run the game properly.

  • Error Message: every time I make my family and get ready to play it crashes I made a new game and it didn’t work I also used proton GE and it still crashes
