Anyone else have trouble creating a “net new” game?
Does it work until right before the map “drops” then poof, gone?
I’ve experienced this with or without mods since launch, and also in any city. Since this game is pre-release, I do clean installs often and wipe out all data and start over. I won’t always ![]()
But conversely - it RARELY crashes like this once the game has been created…like less than 3% easily. Even with my heavy rotational playstyle, it works really well - which is why I ignore it bc it is not that big of deal. ![]()
I have found that when I create a “net new” game, in any world, as long as I use a default ZOIpreset, the game will load perfectly. As I have used this method, I’ve had decent luck with minimal edits but can’t push it too far. The once the game is established, I create the family I wanted to create intially.
