Unable to log in to InGame Canvas

  • Error Message: Invalid E-Mail

  • Details: I’m trying to log in to the game on Canvas. I’m being asked to verify my login details, but I’m getting a message saying my email address is invalid.

    However, I can log in to both the Krafton website and Canvas in my browser, but not to the game itself.

Me too.

I log in the game with Apple ID, I also can log in Krafton website and Canvas with Apple ID in my browser.

If I want to enter Canvas in the game, the system will tell me to verify my account.

But on the page of verification, there is no option of Apple ID for me to select.

By the way, the clothes in CONNECT are gone.

This issue may occur if you haven’t updated the game yet. It looks like you’re not using the latest version, so please update and check if the same problem still happens.
If the issue continues after updating, please report it to us along with your game version and a video or screenshot of the occurrence.
