Unable to select the washing machine, so clothes cannot be washed. Tried switching to another washing machine, but it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t work even when placed on an empty ground or when the game is launched. Verified game integrity, but the issue remains. How can I fix this?
What you could try is if it works in a new safe (without mods, if you use them).

It seems like other people have experienced the same issue before, but it’s difficult to know what is the trigger in your case since we don’t have much information. Below there’s a list of possible culprits:
- Are you in cahaya? Sometimes the laundry at your home stops working if you rent a room in the resort, but it goes back to normal after checking out.
- Did you place it somewhere where it had enough space in front of it and around it? I’m guessing yes but I am unsure of what you mean by “placed on an empty ground” so just in case.
Giving a bit more information like how old the save is, or what world and lot your zois are living in might help the mods figure it out. Providing a short video of the issue if you can or at least a screenshot would be immensely helpful too!
