Zois Cannot Go to Swim Lessons (Taxi Travel Doesn't Complete)

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): N/A

  • Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Sign up for Swim Lessons via the computer
  2. Try to attend once the designated day & time arrives

  • Details: Was trying to test out a solution for a previous Swim Lesson issue I had, but ran into a bug where my Zois cannot attend Swim Lessons at all

    • My Zoi successfully attended competitions and other events via the Taxi, but Swim Lessons glitch out and create a loop of attempting to leave in a Taxi, but never actually going (EDIT: I realized that my Zoi only successfully attended the other event before the Oct. 30, 2025 update, so I will be testing another event now to see if the same issue occurs)
      • Edit 2: Results after Test - Confirmed other events work.
    • Occurs whether Zoi leaves from home or another location
    • Unsure if the issue only occurs in Bliss Bay, but that’s where my Zoi lives
    • Note: My attending Zoi did age up from Adolescent to Teen between signing up for the lessons and attending, but I’ll have to wait until the next in-game Thursday to test whether that’s what caused the issue…
    • Date of Issue: Nov 2, 2025 (after October 30, 2025 update)

Hi @LazyTaco, Thank you for reporting the bug where Zoi cannot go to swim lessons because taxi travel doesn’t complete.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this exact issue on our end yet. If you are still experiencing this problem, could you please share your save file? It would be crucial for us to pinpoint the cause.

I’m having this same issue with my teen Zoi in Cahaya. It’s not just swimming lessons; often she can’t take the taxi to school either - she gets to the car and then the action just vanishes. Unfortunately the lesson time has already passed in my save, but I’ll try and remember to make a save during the event next time.
