New Cemetery and Funeral home not loading/updating in my current Bliss Bay save

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): Nvidia geforce rtx 4060, AMD ryzen 5 5500, 16 gb RAM

  • Steps to Reproduce: I’ve removed mods, cleared cache including webcache 4430 folder, deleted configuration files, etc.

  • Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

    :round_pushpin: My zoi family was on vacation in Dowon when my game updated to the October update. I received the notification asking if I wanted to update the new properties in Dowon…I clicked yes. Once I returned home to Bliss Bay, I did not receive the notification and now Bliss Bay seems to be malfunctioning. You can see the Cemetery and Funeral home on the map however my zoi’s cannot “go there”, nor can I edit. The new properties seem to function normally in Dowon, but not Bliss Bay. Is there any way to “force” the new property update in Bliss Bay? I really don’t want to lose my save. My apologies if this should be in the technical help or bug report section…I wasn’t sure.

“Q&A” stands for “Questions and Answers.” More specifically, asking questions and getting answers. Bug Reports is for reporting general game bugs/errors. Technical Help is for getting help for things like crashes, performance issues, system errors related to the game, etc.

You should also be more specific about your game version rather than saying “newest,” since that changes with every update and hotfix. The current Game Version is “20251030.8384.W”. You can find that information in Game Options > Game Information or online at SteamDB’s Inzoi page.

Thanks for the clarity. Yes, I originally had the post in “bug report” and moved it to “Q and A” because I included a question. But like I said, I wasn’t clear so thanks for clarifying. I’ve since moved it back to the correct category. I’ll edit the game version.
