'SetNeedsFull' cheat triggers achievement

When I enter the SetNeedsFull cheat (without adding an ID, in case that’s important), it triggers a message/achievement that my Zoi ‘protected and reached over 100 living things’ (which he didn’t).
He also gets the reward.

It just happened again when I applied the SetNeedsFull cheat after we moved to Bliss Bay.

This time, it only happened to the last Zoi in the household.
