I just want to thank the Inzoi team, I am SO happy and excited that this is coming next month! Business ownership is the majority of my gameplay in all of the Sims games, and every other game for that matter lol
Just a few ideas for the shop/business expansion:
Nail salon (with actual stations you and the client can sit at) and get some cool Christmas themed nails
Candle shop (I think this would go perfect with the winter season theme!!) - having the ability for zois to buy these as gifts and light them at home and have it affect their emotional state. Other people can also love and comment on the smell when they come over to visit - would be super cute.
I just imagine my zoi crafting away making new candle creations, naming them, adding labels, setting the price and selling out, then hiring some help make more, sell it and restock it.
Toy or Candy Shop could also be cool and relevant for the theme.
Future Business Expansions:
I know there is only so much the wonderful Inzoi team can add before December, these are just some things I would really love to see in this game eventually:
Online businesses:
The option to have a business online aside from or in addition to having a shop.
You can check sales figures, run ads, answer customer emails/complaints, order stock from suppliers to your house, set pricing, ship stock out, eventually hire a warehouse to ship orders for you (you never have to see the warehouse) and you just make money passively.
The great thing about this is that the majority of it can be text-based so no need to add a large amount of systems to the game for an online business but just expand existing features. I do think the ability to order stock and ship it out when you get sales would be incredible. To get so busy to the point of needing friends and family to help pack orders or work for you, then eventually outsourcing some or all orders to be fulfilled elsewhere while you move into a bigger house would satisfy my entrepreneurial itch and be quite addictive!
Other business types:
Clothing store
Cosmetic line
Jewellery store
Car Repair shop
Tattoo parlour
Other ideas:
Chance of burglary or theft.
Chance of receiving a bad batch of stock and taking a loss
Sell what you make and decide on a brand name
Have an app on the phone where you can check on the business or get notified of orders/transactions
