They should stay in their swimwear 
I doubt it’s a bug, it’s how autonomous changing for clothes work. You can always just ask your zoi to change into swimwear again if you want them to stay like that.

Yeah, pretty sure this isn’t a bug and is intentional. It’s the same way when Zois stop exercising, stop sleeping, etc… When the interactions end, the clothing changes.
