It often happens when they step outdoors but also totally random.
Ji Ho here just changed from his everyday outfit to summer outfit even though it’s autumn.
This is especially bothersome for me because when I’m taking pics for the story and they change their clothes in between the footage, I have to dress them back again.
When I have scenes with more Zois, sometimes I don’t even notice until it’s too late -.-
Then I have to redo the scene or already posted the episode and this is quite annoying.
And the weird thing is, this does not happen always when they go outdoors.
But with this arch especially quite more frequently.
Autonomous clothes changing is great, it’s just buggy for your game for some reason. While we wait for the mods to answer it would be helpful if you guys listed your computer specs and maybe provide a safe file.
This is definitely not happening in every game because me and my pal tried to reproduce it and it didn’t happen. Zois do change clothing when there’s a reason: they’re going swimming, working out, tanning, etc; but this is normal behaviour.
My specs just in case it helps in the investigation, since I tried to reproduce with no luck: Windows 11, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz), NVidia RTX 3060, 16 GB RAM, 1T (200 GB FREE).
Agree: please do not take away “autonomous clothe changing”, in my game it only happens when an specific activity is taking place and I do not wish to have to click everytime to change their clothes. So far, I did not encounter this bug.
@itsmechiie7 Same. I don’t have this bug either. The auto-changing feature works as intended in my game. And while I would prefer that autonomous clothes changing be made optional, asking for the whole feature to be removed in a bug report because of a bug in your game instead of asking for the bug to be fixed isn’t very thoughtful No offense.
We gotta remember in general that what defines a Game Bug is an unintended occurrence or an unintentional lack of a feature in a game… not just things we don’t like. For intended occurrences we don’t like and we wish would change, we make Wishlists. We shouldn’t use bug reports as wishlists.
Zois changing into the wrong outfits is definitely a bug, though, but the focus should be on fixing that issue.
This, I’d rather it be enhanced. Too many times my kids head to school in their common outfits instead of the nice school outfit mom made for them… How disrespectful !!!
It should be fixed so it happens better autonomously. But I have a solution for the OP

Agreed! I hate the forced changing. I understand it with autonomy on, but if I turn autonomy off the zoi’s should do NOTHING without me making it happen.
Here’s the workaround for taking pics for the story, set every outfit same as everyday in CAZ, now when they change their clothes it’s the same exact outfit, gl
I did not have this problems or I don’t think this is a big problems. But I am playing not only one Zoi so if cancel the auto-change clothes would be really awful for me. Better to have an option to let player select if they want this function or not.
Yes! I agree with the author of the post. Auto change of clothes in some cases, the situation is absurd. It is not logical and often does not meet the player’s desire to do so.
The situation on the beach, got out of the water, ran along the beach to swim somewhere else and you change clothes twice → Swimsuit → Summer clothes → swimsuit. Why is this done?
Another situation that constantly involves changing clothes.

I would like the developers to add an “Option”, a change of clothes only in a situation that meets the requirement.
