Details:
I started a new game after the major update (active school update), and now seem to be having some issues with zois not autonomously changing clothes when they should.
My teen zoi does not automatically change into appropriate clothing at school (ie: lab coat, gym wear etc.) or at work (Dowon Deli).
Also, there is no option to change into a uniform at work as the Uniform Closet can no longer be interacted with.
Not sure how the mods I have (listed above) could have caused this, does it happen for anyone else? I play with autonomy off, but that shouldn’t stop zois from auto changing clothing (never used to at least).
Edit: Changing clothes happens entirely automatically now, and will not happen with autonomy turned off.
How is what not there, the option to change into a uniform?
The cabinet in Dowon Deli is simply not clickable, I can’t really screenshot that. It doesn’t even highlight or have any ID info when I mouse over it (interactable objects usually have floating text when moused over, ie: ‘table’ etc.)
In other words, it seems to be a purely decorative item. I would try returning to one of my older saves and see if there is a similar issue there - but I don’t think I have one with a uniform cabinet involved in the career.
Mods can affect anything. Hairstyles and dresses affect the snow in Devon and the dirt in the city.
I don’t know what resources mod creators break, but they do it.
I haven’t any modded clothing as I did have issues with that, but I haven’t noticed any problems with snow or dirt - do you mean environmental overlays or dynamic dirt buildup?
I was just giving an example of how even clothing mods can affect the game. And you have some more serious mods installed. Just remove them and check the wardrobe. )
It’s not a wardrobe, they work just fine. This is the specific uniform locker that workplaces have - like the ones at Adam Entertainment that K-Pop trainees use (or used to at least). Not sure it works that way now, seems changing into work outfits is automatic.
I figured out the problem; zois won’t change clothing unless autonomy is turned on, and you let them go to work/school classes by themselves.
This is a bit intrusive for those of us who like to be in control rather than just watching our zois do things by themselves, though. I would rather change via a locker than by magic.
