Wall covering/climbing/hanging plants

OMG yes, I was trying to make a treehouse and I really felt the lack of plants to cover the walls

I just saw that there are already wall plants ingame - but not in build/buy (and neither in the devs category).
It’s the Elegance Hotel Nightclub in Bliss Bay.
There is no way the players can use them in their builds.
We can’t even save them in the presets.

Why?
