It used to be an option in the “Personal Interaction” category when you clicked on your currently selected Zoi, but I haven’t seen it in a while. Not sure if it’s season-based or location-based, or if they changed how it works, or if they removed it for some reason.
My Zois used to do it all the time. Try making it summer in a save and see if that makes it show up.
