Firefighters not doing job

• Steps to Reproduce: Have something in house set on fire

• Details: Had a few of my house appliances catch on fire. The firefighters came and instead of putting out the fire, they just started acting like regular NPC’s and started to walk away. My Zoi had to put out the fire themselves. When going outside, the firetruck is now permanently parked in front of my Zoi’s house and from time to time I will see the firefighting NPC’s just walking around Bliss Bay in their firefighting suits, acting like regular NPC’s.

Edit: Funny enough, shortly after making this bug report, another appliance caught on fire and the firefighters came and extinguished the fire. Problem I am having now is that they will not leave, just standing in place. I cannot interact with them. Firetruck still parked outside of house.

They leave after ~3-5 in-game hours, in my experience. Might not leave until midnight. I hope the behavior of those special NPCs gets fixed at some point lol

I had the same situation in my previous game, and I made a fatal mistake)) I saved the firefighters with Psycat)) Since then, the firetruck has remained under my house forever

Not just the firefighters, same goes for the repairmen. Once I ordered a repairmen to fix broken objects in my house before, they just stood there doing nothing and when hours of time have past by they’ll just leave the house without fixing anything.
