Realistic Boddy Enhancements (Cellulite, Stretch Marks, fat rolls)

I would love for the team to introduce some new CAZ features like

  • cellulite
  • stretch marks
  • hyperpigmentation darker shading around the knees and elbows.
  • more diverse fat distribution, back fat rolls, etc.

I love the idea, but some of that cellulite looks like werewolf fur lol
