This kicks the zoi out of the house, without having to divorce them, cheat them out, or kill them. The kicked Zoi could move as a roommate randomly with another household, purchase his own household if they have enough means, or end-up in a new temporary family where all the zois you kick out will go and chill together.

Good idea, working within the game without cheats.
Also, if kicking out Adolescent or younger zois is allowed, they should end-up in the adoption queue.
