Allow Zois to cook all recipes regardless of skill level with consequences.

It would be great if Zois could cook any meal regardless of skill level and as a result the meal:

  1. Is of bad quality and thus won’t increase the food gauge much.
  2. Results in food poisoning and the Zoi dies or they need to frequently go to the bathroom.
  3. Causes the Zoi to have a tummy ache that may require them to go to the hospital otherwise other actions may be difficult to accomplish.

Cooking takes far too long to level these days and make the high level meals almost impossible to reach without cheating/using doughnut to increase skillgain, or watching cooking channel all day.

Not sure that I agree with the idea per say, but it would be nice to be able to cook the higher level dish quiicker.
