Since ducks get selected quarterly (according to the rules), the end of this selection period should be end of December.
You could check the users list and take a look how much the users with the duck avatar posted and for how many days they showed up.
There are also groups where you can check all members’ activity
It’s a bit unhelpful that these rules are mostly posted as an image, so users who can’t speak english can’t fully read/translate them.
