But for the women, in real life there a dress very close to that, it looks like this :
No matter how hard I try, I cannot make this in-game, nor can I find something like it on Canvas.
It would be nice or this type of dress to find its way into the game someday !

The CAZ has a lot of good outfits and customisation, but there are odd gaps - such as the lack of formal wear and headgear, no shirt-and-tie combination, etc. For the moment, your best bet for a sundress is a custom top plus one of the longer premade skirts; make them the same colour / pattern and it looks like a dress.
There’s only one type of long skirt, though, and it’s straight, not ruffled. The options without mods are very limited and not particularly attractive.
Even in “Customize,” the skirts have that annoying button that really doesn’t look right if you’re trying to give them the feel of a full dress.
I’d really like to be able to make simple things without using mods, but with a slightly less extensive variety of options.
Maybe the devs would be so kind as to add the option I copy pasted as one of the option in the base game, as they did with children’s dress. That would be perfect. Obviously if more options are available either through the in-game CAZ or with mods, that would be great, but if I could chose I would prefer be part of base game.
I’d love a shirt and tie combination
I don’t like depending on mods for clothes (nothing personal to the modders, some work is breathtaking).
We’ve had a lot of new Halloween and Holiday clothing added recently (some are really good even for casual family play, a breath of fresh air to get that new kid’s skirt !) but nothing quite like the Sundress I posted in this post.
Crossing my fingers we’ll get something like that in0between all the hotfixes/updates… Especially since Kjun mentioned he’d want smaller/more frequent patches.
