Steps to Reproduce: every time when I receive and reply to this text message there is a text stating “check your schedule for an added meeting” on the screen but there is never something added to the schedule.
Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.
Details: When Zois receive and answer to this phone message there is a meeting which should be added to the schedule. The game even states that on the screes saying you should check your schedule. But no meeting is scheduled.
I totally agree. The devs should add a meeting to the schedule after such an exchange. I guess this isn’t a real bug though.
I’ve had various of those texts since release but never got the “check your schedule” message from the game. I used to think their text exchange was only some kind of “placeholder” text which would get refined and adjusted some time in early access. In that case we should definitely add this thread to the Wishlist category.
In my game there is a white text in the middle of the screen stating that I should check my calendar for a new meeting right after I send the reply, that´s why I would think it is a bug. It is the same type of text which also appears on the screen when you accepted to join the fitness club or a dance club meeting. The difference to the other 2 though is that nothing is added to the calender.
Not sure it is possible to catch this text on a screenshot as it only appears very short, but will try to get it captured when I get this message next time.
I have encountered the same issue, that is new appointments were confirmed by phone but never added to the schedule. This happened in 0.5.0 and 0.5.1 as well.
Edit to add: This affected dates, taekwondo classes, gym, etc, so pretty much ALL appointments that could normally be added.
I found out that traveling to another city and back fixes that issue - not for appointments that weren’t added when they should have been, but it allows to add new ones again after returning.
I also found that manually adding a schedule after the update will freeze. When I set a schedule to go to the bakery and click to select it, the game freezes and I can’t click anything, then I have to restart the game.
Sorry I’m wondering if there’s any news on this? I cannot currently book seminars, join competitions or add anything else to the schedule via the different options available at the computer. This affects all my saves (and all towns) and it makes leveling up certain skills much less attractive.
Steps to Reproduce: Sign up for Bodybuilding Competition on in-game computer
Details: Every time I sign up for the bodybuilding competition through the in-game computer, I get the confirmation through text on the in-game phone saying it is on Sundays from 8pm to 11pm (20:00 to 23:00), but whenever I check my schedule, it is not there. When the time for it comes, I also do not get any notification to go there. I have done this process three times and it happens every single time. Funny enough I can sign up and go to swimming lessons just fine
I continue to encounter problems of this type even in the 5.6 engine version. A “nemesis” came to my house triggering an event that, once canceled, deleted the appointment I had planned for that same evening. Too bad. If they could fix it, the gameplay would benefit greatly.
