After dropping out of school. I click on the treadmill but unfortunately no options appear. “when the skill level is low”

I tried to reproduce your bug in my game. My child zoi remained able to walk on the treadmill even after reloading and switching between families.

Have you tried verifying your game files (How to verify your game viles via steam) yet?
I wasn’t talking about academic level. I was talking about skill level. 
You can try this when your skill level is 0 or 1
Thanks for clarifying. My child zoi was level 1 and able to use the treadmill without issues. I used a cheat to get him down to level 0 and he was still able to do the interaction.
Does this happen even in another / new save file or when you switch to a different family and check it out with their child?

It was fixed when i clicked M and then went back home. And It works in your solution thank you. Also restarting and restoring the game is a solution.
