[12.19.25] Car animation / interaction issues and some feedback for Kjun - December.20.2025

• **Disclaimer/ intro ** THIS GAME IS SO GOOODDD lol so far so good !!

• 

• ^^ Car door stays open after a crash and Never closes unless I “park it “ and get back in

• ^^ second to the screen shot above it bit difficult to drive while using keys ( I dont have my new controller yet !) but when I turn its as if its trying to take a 90 degree angled turn lol then boom! overall I love driving in this game ,but for keys its a bit TOO harsh of a turn in my opinion ( yes ill get a controller soon but for now I feel like for convenience the left and right keys could be a more gradual turn into the lane / overall movement vs a hard cut turn )

• ^^ idk if this bothers anyone else but there just so much traffic all the time. I dont mind it but trying to drive manually and there just SO many in the way or driving so slow …. it makes it hard to enjoy it sometimes lol I wish there was a setting to adjust the amount or just to make it a bit lighter to get throughout / joyride through the city / town when I want to

• ^^ I wish when you parked your car / after you buy it stays in the parking space near your home. I think that would be nice to see / have especially after you get out it says “ your car has been parked“ … but WHERE??

• I mentioned this on the discord but id LOVE to have the ability to own an apartment / condo building and making extra money owning and maintaining it ! this goes for any business idea ( for me id love to have some like the following → ) nail salon , food delivery in car or a scooter ( for scooters you need a square bag to put food in and deliver with vs cars are the only thing you need to have besides applying to be a delivery person for four or even packages lol ) , another side hustle is streaming and making some income playing games and making videos lol something like that !

• ^^Small jobs like this can put the manual driving feature to use and make it fun yet benifitial and relaxing to do and interact.

• GPS / MAPS !!! ———> Make an option in maps where you can “ use gpa “ after clocking on a location we want to manually drive towards . this can help with overall travel since some buildings dont pop up in the distance so it makes it hard to know if you’ve arrived ( sometimes you can be right in front of the building and it won’t pop up till a few seconds after lol I went in a small circle once just to come back to the sam initial location )

Some of the things you mentioned are already being worked on (persistent parking and a mini-map), though I’m not sure if they’ll make it into the December update. Also I think the options menu has a setting for maximum number of vehicles in the world, so maybe turning that down might improve the traffic? Regarding videos as a source of income, you can create and sell video content using the ‘Media Production’ skill, though I know that’s not quite the same as game streaming.

• Hey! and thank you for responding ! I dont mind it being included in the December updates since this is a new game ( st excited tho lol !!).

• I’ll def check out the setting for the street traffic and post it in the tips section if / when I do! and yea one of my sims has this in favor, but yes its not the sam but I was thinking of expanding more through animations + interactions / decision making like the jobs

• Similar to sims4 where you can be a content creator or influencer it’s very interactive but also super cute to see your sim participate their own hobbies monetized or not
