I had mentioned this in the Wishlist category. It looks like it used to be where it would be broken up in single servings and displayed as such in the market stands. I’m not sure if after the play testers gave their feedback, the devs decided to take it away or what, but it would be nice to have that option. Here’s the link to a video the play tester did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYJw0DV4t24&t=3787s It’s at 54:24 and 1:03:06
I’m fine with meals/desserts staying grouped together (actually prefer it), but currently NPCs are buying the ENTIRE group meal/desserts - they are not taking a single serving from the group meal/desserts. Running a bakery, restaurant or etc. is going to be extremely hard if a player is cooking group meals, but can’t do single servings from the group meal to feed multiple NPCs. This same issue exists when making a gallon of juice too. But you’re right, both options should be available. To me this looks like a bug, because what’s the purpose of doing a group meal, but can’t serve multiple zois?
I actually prefer them buying the whole meal, however, I’d also prefer if that zoi would grab a piece of it and eat it. Currently they just buy family sized meals and don’t eat anything unless it’s single servings.
From a business perspective selling big meals is great (more $), but the actions afterwards are not correct.
I’ve seen one Zoi buy 3 whole cakes in less than an hour without them even trying it ![]()
Hi everyone (@here),
We’re aware and looking into this issue. We’ll provide any updates we get in this thread.
Thanks!
