I have not been able to check the forum for a while, but has the refurbishment issue been resolved? I would still like the ability for worn furniture to have an on/off toggle in the settings or in cheats for those who don’t wish to change their furniture often.
Another thing I have been noticing is the frequent game crashes, I have tried restoring a property I was working on and my game crashed mid-load.
Thank you to the devs for all your hard work. The game is coming together well.

In my one game the cupboards look worn-out but they where that way since before the update.
In the other game I dont have cupboards, but the counters look okay.
They did say they were slowing it down tremendously, so maybe instead of getting worn in 7 days, it might take many weeks now, no idea.
Judging by my current saves, it got slowed down a lot. I’d still love to get a fix for it since manually replacing the furniture is a drag -.-
