My zoi can’t give birth when I click on them! Whats happening!

Hello @xuanyiling56 , Since the issue is the same across both threads: Pregnant Zoi Cannot Give Birth & No Baby Bump. I’ll merge them for better clarity and easier tracking. 
Zois in my community are not giving birth either. I even have very pregnant senior citizen.
