That is unfortunate! After 3 days I do believe it should be showing a babybump/ giving birth. While the ARs look into this, and just to try to help, have you tried a new save or clicking the Emergency Rescue function to see if the issue gets resolved?
Hey, I already tried that but it still doesn’t work. I tried playing with another family for a few days. So my other zoi gave birth but it took away the excitement of watching my fav zoi giving birth and also were unable to name the newborn baby, can’t even change the name.

Hi @KakThicc, Thank you for sending your save file. We tested it, and the Zoi birth sequence proceeded normally on our end, which suggests the save file isn’t the cause.
Because we couldn’t reproduce the error and we don’t have similar reports, we’re unable to provide a specific fix at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know immediately if any relevant information becomes available.
Well i found some temporary solutions. 1. Play another family for a few days and then go back to the other family. The pregnant zoi will give birth but you cannot name the newborn. 2. Use cheat code “HelloMyAngel” and the pregnant sim will give birth immediately and you can name the newborn. YAY! but both of these methods does not fix the missing baby bump though lol.

I’ve entered a save after updating and my Zoi is ready to give birth but whenever I click “give birth” NOTHING happens, I could put her and her partner in a different save but I’m scared the pregnancy won’t be there.

I’ve tried clicking on “Give Birth” several times. I’ve clicked on the give birth on the console at the bottom. I’ve clicked on give birth after clicking on the Zoi. I’ve tried using the Ctrl Shift C cheats. Still nothing. I just permanently have a pregnant wife walking around.

Steps to Reproduce:
Since the last update, all pregnant women in city (played family and others) don’t give birth, even after the 3 days and with the ! message.
Even the cinematic doesn’t work.
It’s happen after the fix update on 24th december.
I donno how to fix that and if I m the only one with the problem.

I have the exact same problem. Even the cheat “hellomyangel” does not trigger the birth.

Yes but… I didn’t have the problem before the December update.
It’s unplayable now because some characters have become elderly and are still pregnant…
Is there any plan on fixing the giving birth bug? My Zoi gets bugged at “give birth” and when trying to click that it doesn’t work at all
It’s been reported in the bug report category of this forum.
I suggest adding your voice to the topic created there, to give it more weight and urgency.
