My Sim is pregnant but her belly isn’t growing and the change appearance mode is still active, which we currently know (unfortunately) isn’t supposed to be possible during this phase.

Unfortunately, there’s no save file in the zip folder you’ve shared, only the portraits folder. Could you please check if you have the save file somewhere too?

I was able to reproduce this bug with it on my setup. Just as you described, the belly isn’t growing, probably because CAZ is incorrectly still usable. It is possible to birth the child via “HelloMyAngel” cheat, but this is only a workaround.

This seems like an issue mentioned before where zois would get pregnant but not show it / being unable to give birth (this is one of the post about it), among the known issues it is noted the bug where zois can’t give birth, I wonder if that one is the one you are experiencing!
Could you please kindly share your specs and whether you use mods or not?

06/25/26: My ZOI is pregnant, but the baby bump is still very small on day 9 of pregnancy. It has been almost 2 weeks, and she has not yet given birth. The due date on the calander keeps getting pushed back as she reaches it.
