The list below contains issues that we are currently aware of and actively working to resolve.

Gameplay

Background sound may temporarily not play after entering CAZ and pressing the [Complete] button during gameplay. (04/03)
→ The sound will play again after moving to another screen or triggering a loading screen (e.g., changing locations). -
When the “Aging Off” option is enabled, newborns or infants may not grow even after blowing out birthday candles or using the “Age Up” option. (04/01)
→ Switching to “Enable Aging” and then performing these actions may temporarily resolve the issue -
Spouse may not appear in the family tree when continuing from a save file that behaved abnormally after marrying an NPC Zoi
→ In save files where this issue previously occurred, the spouse may not appear in the family tree. Having a baby will update the family tree back to normal. -
Resolving an angry status through a text message or opportunity card may not be reflected in relationship history or recent memories

Some NPC Zois may be unable to perform their scheduled actions or routines after updating properties

A child drinking a straw beverage on a bar stool may display awkward motion

Multitasking may not be possible while watching a movie at the theater

Objects placed inside an elevator in an apartment property may not be interactable

Some holiday expectations may not be achievable for children

Entering property edit mode through specific steps may prevent further gameplay progression

In CAZ Studio (Hanok background), a character afterimage may intermittently appear reflected on the folding screen

After using Continue, Zois may be temporarily unresponsive after updating properties
-
Hanok objects placed on public or business properties may be added to the inventory

Turning off autonomous action while performing specific tasks at AZ convenience store may cancel the current task and automatically start a different task

Zois may repeatedly attempt to restock items even when customers are blocking the shelves

Business hours and kiosk order availability hours may not match
-
Entering property edit mode on specific properties only allows editing of certain floors or specific spaces

Pregnant Zoi may intermittently fail to give birth.
→ This issue has been partially fixed, but it may reoccur under certain conditions. Please report it if you continue to experience the problem. -
Property names may display incorrectly in the ‘Edit Schedule’ in certain languages.

The “Write Plant Observation Journal” interaction may not appear for certain potted plant objects.

During multitasking, multitasking-related idle actions may temporarily appear in the action queue.
→ This will be improved through a future UX update. -
Multitasking may not function properly when autonomy is enabled.
→ Currently, only ‘Talk’ and ‘Checking Your Smartphone’ interactions are available as autonomous actions. -
When talking while holding an object, the object held in Zoi’s hand may temporarily disappear.

When talking while reading a book, Zoi may repeatedly fold and unfold the book.

When a trial schedule is added, existing schedules on the same date may be automatically canceled.
→ If a theft schedule is already registered when a trial schedule is added, the theft schedule will be automatically removed. -
Trials may be automatically canceled if there are no attendees.

If the “Make Fruit Juice” interaction is canceled, the placed fruit basket may no longer be selectable.
→ This issue occurs only on business properties. Using ‘Clean Up’ and restarting the juice-making process will allow progression.
Character

Applying a style preset may randomly change outfits in other categories

The sleepwear category in CAZ may appear as “Water” in certain languages.
Build Mode

Undoing after removing an object may cause the crafted object’s quality to be lost

Objects may intermittently not be stored properly
Other Issues
- The game may remain in a running state even after exiting
Gameplay
-
When continuing from a save file, items may not be placeable for sale at resale stores.

When the Graphics - Preset option is set to “High” or “Ultra,” lights in Cahaya may flicker abnormally.

In certain situations, random event schedules for other family members may be removed.
-
A visual glitch may occur when a Zoi exits public transportation.

The “Prepare Original Song” homework interaction may be unavailable.
-
After returning to Dowon from another city during winter, the temperature may remain unusually high.

Selecting a vehicle-related interaction while a Zoi is exiting may cause them to continue the action even after the vehicle disappears.

When placing items for Market Stand Props, NPC Zois may not appear as intended.
-
Events where other Zois visit may intermittently fail to register in the schedule.

Zois not in your household may show up at your home unexpectedly.

Certain statues cannot be placed on apartment.

If a Zoi gets into a traffic accident involving a motorcycle, the other driver’s outfit may suddenly change.

The “Skip” button does not appear during the childbirth cutscene.
Build Mode
-
Light leaks through building walls.

If only part of the floor was customized (not the entire area), it may disappear when moving the building or property.

When placing Handrails and Partial Walls on Platforms, they may sink into the platform.
-
When placing Handrails, several issues may occur—for example, handrails with different designs may not connect properly, or a ceiling may be generated when all walls in a room are made of handrails.
Canvas
- Canvas may not function properly if inZOI is not updated to the latest version.
Please update the game via your platform’s store.
UI
- When multiple reward pop-ups appear at the same time, they may overlap.
Other Issues

Presets saved before Early Access may intermittently not appear, though they are still located in the Documents folder.
-
Occasionally, deleting a preset may not remove its folder from the directory path.
